I love Hot rod such a great character
I dont think he ever got enough time to shine in the G1 cartoon before he became rodimus tbh who was a very different character

Yeah. :) I always thought he was already part of the main crew, since I didn't watch that much Transformers on TV then.


That's why in my TF universe, he's also part of the Ark crew, giving him more character development and making his ascended leadership more natural.
